Im Rahmen der Abschlussveranstaltung von DialogPerspektiven Mitte Juni 2024, dem sogenannten Annual Summit, wurde die Anthology "Voices of Resilience - Exploring Crisis and Cohesion in Contemporary European Society" veröffentlicht. Die Beiträge der Anthology bieten beeindruckende Einblicke in die Gedankenwelt und die Zusammenarbeit der vielen wunderbaren Menschen, die im DP Jahrgang 2023/24 zusammen*wachsen durften.

Ab Seite 108 findet sich mein Beitrag mit dem Titel: "Religious Identities and the Hidden Space In Between". Darin mache ich nicht nur die Gesamtentwicklungen der Einleitung der Care Labour Migration aus Kerala in die BRD sichtbar, sondern reflektiere vor allem Aspekte der religiösen Identität, die im Rahmen der Migrationsbewegung in den 60ern eine große Rolle spielten und bis heute für meine eigenen Identitätsfragen relevant sind.

Während der offiziellen Veranstaltung durfte ich mein Thema in der Vertretung der Europäischen Kommission unter den Linden mit einem Poster-Pitch präsentieren und so die bisher im wissenschaftlichen Diskurs und der politischen Öffentlichkeit fast gänzlich unsichtbar gebliebenen Nonnen und Krankenschwestern aus Kerala auf dieser Ebene sichtbar machen. As part of the closing event of DialogPerspektiven in mid-June 2024, the so-called Annual Summit, the anthology "Voices of Resilience - Exploring Crisis and Cohesion in Contemporary European Society" was published. The contributions in the anthology offer impressive insights into the thoughts and collaboration of the many wonderful people who were able to grow together in the DP cohort of 2023/24.

Starting on page 108, you will find my contribution titled: "Religious Identities and the Hidden Space In Between." In my chapter, I not only make visible the overall developments of the introduction of care labor migration from Kerala to Germany but also reflect on aspects of religious identity that played a significant role during the migration movements in the 1960s and remain relevant to my own identity questions today.

During the official event, I had the opportunity to present my topic at the Representation of the European Commission in Berlin with a poster pitch, making the nuns and nurses from Kerala, who have remained almost entirely invisible in academic discourse and political public, visible on this level.
